Rights holders can submit a notice about user-supplied content or an exported asset. Notices are received at Legal contact email to be confirmed before launch.. The designated agent identity and formal jurisdiction-specific process must be confirmed by counsel before launch.
Submit a notice
Include your name, contact details, identification of the work claimed to be infringed, the specific Contentor asset or URL, a description of the alleged infringement, a good-faith statement, an accuracy/authority statement, and your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
Contentor records the notice for review, may restrict access to the reported asset while investigating, and may contact the account holder for a response. The final notice-and-action and counter-notice procedure, response timelines and repeat-infringer rules require counsel sign-off.
Customer upload responsibility
Customers must own or be licensed to use uploaded material and must have required permissions for identifiable people, brands and locations. The upload flow records a rights confirmation for each uploaded asset.
