Clerk sets session cookies so signed-in users can authenticate and keep their account secure. They are necessary for the requested service.

When PostHog is configured and you opt in, it is used for pseudonymous pageviews on selected marketing pages, approved campaign values, selected marketing call-to-action clicks, successful new inquiry receipts, a coarse source category, and limited browser, operating-system, and coarse device-category metadata. Only a controlled source category and approved campaign tuple are retained in session storage, expiring after 30 minutes of inactivity and cleared on rejection. Raw referrer URLs are not stored or sent. Your analytics choice and PostHog's analytics and session identifiers are stored in browser local storage; opting out removes PostHog's analytics persistence while the consent choice is retained so your preference is remembered. PostHog may process the connection IP for GeoIP enrichment and bot detection before discarding it rather than storing it with events under the project's enabled client-IP discard setting. Analytics does not load before consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings. The integration does not attach Zoisial account identifiers, form fields, or generated content as event properties. Advertising tracking is not enabled.

Optional consent can be refused without losing access to the service and must be as easy to refuse as to accept. The selection must be respected before loading optional technology and a visible way to change it must be maintained. The policy and consent record must be updated when purposes or providers change.

Zoisial sets the functional zoisial-locale cookie only when you explicitly choose English or Spanish in the site footer. It stores that language preference for about one year, is scoped to this site, and is not used for analytics or advertising.
